Travel
I am open to travel! Please note that for all self-report bookings in NYC, a mandatory $15 additional fee will be added to the total cost to cover travel. Any transportation expenses, including Ubers or other vehicle services, are to be covered by the client. For Film, TV, and other bookings that require additional travel, any applicable fees will be discussed and negotiated during the booking process.

Hair Styling
I would like to clarify that my primary focus is on make-up artistry rather than hair styling. While I typically do not handle hair services, I am able to maintain pre-existing hairstyles and can provide simple styling (no hot tools) upon request. *Please keep this in mind when booking, and feel free to reach out for any further details or questions.

New Clients
Once your booking is confirmed, all new clients and models are required to complete this intake form. This will help me better understand your skin type, any allergies or sensitivities, and other relevant details to make sure everything runs smoothly!
-
Call Sheets
For all Film & TV bookings, please provide a proper call sheet with my name on it for every day I will be on set. I would like to receive the call sheet in advance of each day's shoot to ensure I am fully prepared and informed about the day's activities. For non-Film & TV bookings, call sheets are not required; however, if you are able to provide one, it would still be appreciated.

Fabrication Services
Custom prosthetic and prop fabrication services are available for an additional fee upon request. To ensure timely completion, it is highly recommended to place your order in advance, as the minimum work time is typically one month. If the prosthetic or prop is required for a project where I will also serve as the makeup artist, the turnaround time may be expedited, though this will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me prior to booking to discuss and finalize all necessary details before fabrication commences.
